Identification
All applicants must present a valid government issued photo ID and show their Social Security card.
Income
All applicants must have a combined verifiable source of income in the amount of no less than three (3Xs) times the rental rate. We require four (4) most recent paystubs. If self-employed, three (3) most current years of tax returns.
Rental History
Six (6) months of verifiable satisfactory rental history is required. Less than six (6) months rental history may result in additional documentation, deposits or rejection.
Credit History
All applicants are subject to credit/background checks. Our credit reporting agency evaluates credit and rental history against your payment performance. An unsatisfactory score may result in additional deposits or rejection.
Pets
There is a 50 lb. weight limit and breed restriction. There is also a monthly pet rent (inquire within leasing office).
